Service Description

Initial consult can be in-person or virtual. This is the opportunity to meet your facilitator, and for us to collect initial information regarding the needs of your child and family. We will review what you can expect from our services, review of general paperwork, and follow-up scheduling. Subsequent appointments are $55 per appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged 15% of service for late cancellation. 'No Show' for appointment will be charged full fee for service.
